Lagoon!

Taylor and I decided at the beginning of the summer that we wanted to take a trip to Lagoon and camp there. Things changed a little bit, and it turned into a family trip with Taylor's family without any camping. The trip happened to land on July 13th which means we've been married for three months! We had a good time and we are very glad that we had the opportunity to go.

It was the perfect day to be there. The lines weren't too terribly long, and the weather was beautiful. We spent most of the day with the two of us and Taylor's younger brother, Nathan.

In the 6ish hours we were there we manged to fit in lots of fun and lots of roller coasters.

Icees were the perfect treat to cool down with in the afternoon :)

My crazy husband and Nathan decided to go on the Catapult. It goes 250 feet high at 60 mph.
Luckily, they survived!

One of my favorite parts of the trip was getting to see the Logan temple for the first time.
This is the temple that my parents were married in. Crazy to think that my family started in that incredible building almost 29 years ago.

And sometimes Grace can be pretty.

It was really nice to get away for the weekend, and have great people to spend the weekend with. Hopefully we'll be able to go to Lagoon again soon and go camping next time.

  1. Wellll I don't see your usual Sunday post, BUT I missed commenting on this one, so I guess it works :). Yay for Lagoon, looks like you had a super fun time! We've camped there a couple of times with the Izatt extended family and it's really fun, so you should definitely do it sometime.
