We kicked off the first weekend in October with Ella's birthday weekend.
We went to the U-pick Red Barn with the kids and my parents.
It was an absolutely gorgeous October day.
We had our family pictures taken on a perfect evening.
Hudson got dumb and threw the apple remote at the tv one afternoon, so that really sucked.
I took the photo of us a few days after he broke the tv to prove that he was still alive.
Avery found an open jar of Nutella while I was working downstairs in the office.
Going to the dentist looks a little different these days.
No toys in the waiting room, waiting in the car if it's too busy, and face masks on until they're ready to start working on you.
Ella had another dance recital.
She did this session of dance with her besties, Hayling and Brielle.
I love how much she loves to dance.
Their dance teacher.
We were finally able to go back to church for the first time since March.
We started out only going once every 3 weeks and only for sacrament meeting.
I volunteered in Hudson's class to help with their Halloween party.
Hudson's costume included a fake mustache, so I couldn't resist adding it to his facemask.
It was fun to see him in his element at school.
Taylor was the ringleader.
I was the popcorn seller.
Hudson was the "strong man"
Ellas was our tightrope walker
Avery was a clown
And Oaklee was our ferocious tiger
We had a Halloween get together/party with our friends.
We had soups for dinner and the kids decorated sugar cookies.
After our bellies were full, we all went out trick or treating together.
It was a really fun evening, and our neighborhood definitely showed up for the holiday.
